Check-in Location: High and Queen Street gate
Setup Begins1:00 PM on show days
Setup Deadline 2:45 PM (must be fully operational)
Teardown Cannot start before 8:00 PM
Terms and Conditions:
- Rain or shine event. No weather-related refunds.
- Late or missing payments result in no participation
- Similar vendors are strategically separated to ensure fair exposure
- Food vendors occupy high-traffic positioning for maximum visibility
