Learn about funding opportunities for qualified homebuyers! We support efforts to promote AFFORDABLE housing here in the Borough of Pottstown . One of these efforts includes the collaborative Homeowner Incentive Program (HIP) loans we offer -- and now, through Dec. 31, the amount and eligibility area have expanded with help from a generous Pottstown Regional Community Foundation grant.
