Downtown Pottstown Survey Summer 2025

The Pottstown Business Improvement District supports the efforts to pursue a National Accreditation and a Main Street Designation for the Borough of Pottstown, unlocking access to funding, business resources, and expert guidance.

Residents, business owners, and visitors were invited to participate in a brief Community Perception Survey to share their views on Pottstown’s downtown and its sense of place. Questions cover topics included Comfort and Appearance, Economic Characteristics, Community Attitude, Activities, and Access and Linkages. Survey results were collected by PA Downtown Center and used to guide future revitalization strategies.
